This Spanish Colonial home built in 1929 is located in Tampa Bay's Beach Park neighborhood which was developed in the 1920s on the waterfront of Old Tampa Bay. The home boasts a historic feel, as much of the charm has endured. The homes ceilings are gorgeous with some rooms that have coffered ceilings and others have decorative coved plaster ceilings that soar to nine and a half feet high adding to the large feel of the home. Light fills the oversized dining room from the two sets of windows on the south and east sides of the room.
