The home sustained damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The home has been remediated, disinfected and is nearly ready for restoration. All interior photos were taken post hurricanes so they reflect the true condition of the home. Any full walls you see in the photos are solid concrete (not drywall faced) so only required disinfectant for remediation. The updated features identified above have been carefully secured and are available for re-installation. Lower kitchen cabinets need minor restoration but if preferred, can be replaced by local cabinet vendor. Independent appraisal was done which increased the structure value to $431,287.
